summer so far

getting cheesecake
On Saturday I got  a rat named cheesecake.  I was really excited because I'd always wanted one!  I held it for the first time, it was a little scary at first but now I am used to it.  When we got back to Nana and Papas we set up her cage.  We found out one thing, she loves people! We put it in its ball and she ran to Nana and wouldn't stop!
Spending the night  

I spent the night at my cousins house!  We watched Despicable Me on their T.V.  Victor was so funny I couldn't stand it.  My favorite person is Margo.  Angus said, "ITS SO FLUFFY!"  Edith was going through a puddle and said she was just walking!  It was really fun!
library day      
I went to the library and got a bookmark for reading 5 hours so far. I read Tarzan, Harry Potter, and Oh The Places You'll Go.  The bookmark I picked was cupcake scented!

best friends forever!

I loved the last day of school because I got to represent my class in the jump rope contest.  I was the only contestant from my class.  I watched as my best friend Neveah lost the dance competition, but she wasn't worried so I didn't worry, either.  She was really cute at dancing.  Mrs. Nolan even laughed.  But Emily Cardwell was the girls winner at dancing.  my brother's friend Jordan was the boys winner.  At the hula hoop contest, my friends Caitlyn and Michael were our representatives.  Even though they lost, it was only about fun anyway.  Garret, Robbie, and Gabrielle had to wrap Gabrielle a.k.a Gabbie in a toilet paper armor.  Even though no one in our class won I think it's just for fun not winning.  For the last day we went outside and flew paper airplanes.  We had to watch a slide show first.  It said Mrs. Nolan was our Northwood queen.  Then we went outside.  We will always remember  the coat of arms:  Northwood knights are honest, respectful, responsible.  We are people of integrity even away from school.  Go knights!  Hope I see you next year Taylor, Emilia, Dealany, Neveah, Kathryn, Robbie,  Caitlyn, Michael, Joshuah, Isaac, Amihan, Elizabeth,  Gabbie, Garret, Sammantha, and everyone else in my class you people are truly one in a million.  Remember, once a knight always a knight.  We are Northwood  even away from Northwood.  On summer vacation, at edgemont or hilltop, nothing can part us from being friends even when we cant see or hear each other.  We are in each others hearts and we have knightly blood in our veins.  We work together to solve hard tasks.  We promise we will follow the once a knight always a knight rule at Northwood home of the knights.
